The Director, GTM & Product Marketing will lead the development and execution of the GTM strategy and product marketing for new product launches, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, driving product adoption, and amplifying brand and positioning in the market. You will help define the strategic positioning of our products, ensure successful launches, and drive adoption and growth.This role also oversees and optimizes daily operations, working closely with the SVP of Marketing. As the GTM lead, you will streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall growth by moving key business initiatives forward. The role requires a project manager with strong drive and business acumen who can partner across the organization to pull projects through to completion.This role supports our mission of democratizing high performance by ensuring teams use best-in-class practices to deliver on our customers. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking, product expertise, and hands-on execution. This role reports directly to the SVP of Marketing.ResponsibilitiesLead the marketing end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for all new product launches, ensuring alignment with company vision, goals, and audience needsDefine key messaging, value propositions, and positioning for new products, working closely with Executive leadership, Product, High-Performance, Ecommerce, and Brand/Content teamsDevelop comprehensive launch plans with timeline, deliverables, and marketing materials including product angles, messaging, and copyOwn product positioning and narrative development to differentiate portfolio products for target audiencesConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to refine product messaging and positioningCollaborate with Product and High-Performance teams to ensure features, benefits, and value propositions align with market demand and regulatory requirementsWork with Ecommerce and Retention teams to build and execute customer product journeys to support habit formationCross-functional Collaboration & AlignmentServe as a key point of contact between the executive team and other departments for GTM, product launches, and key initiativesAct as the primary liaison between all teams to ensure alignment of GTM strategy, timelines, and initiativesDevelop product training with People & Culture, Product, Marketing, and High Performance teamsBuild targeted campaigns with Ecommerce and Marketing to drive lead generation and product awarenessCollaborate with Strategic Sales & Retail teams to develop tools and training materials that drive product adoption and revenueBrand & Product EvangelismAct as a product evangelist internally and externally, promoting benefits at events, conferences, PR, and media outreachSupport Executive LeadershipAssist the executive team in defining and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growthConduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-makingTranslate high-level strategies into actionable plansDevelop Operational Processes & WorkflowsDevelop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and workflowsIdentify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costsDefine operational goals with senior management and roll out across the organizationMonitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree with 8–12 years of related experience in project management, management consulting, product marketing, GTM strategy, digital marketing, or related rolesProven ability to balance operations with strategic/innovative solutionsStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills (written, presentation, interpersonal) with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadershipStrong background in consumer products, ideally in wellness/health/performanceExperience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with Product, Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations, Data & Analytics, and Customer SuccessHands-on experience in positioning, messaging, and driving consumer awareness for new productsAbility to distill complex product information into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiencesProficient in analyzing data to derive product performance insightsAbility to synthesize data into compelling stories for stakeholders and informed decision-makingDeep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapesEntrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward actionPassion for a high-performance lifestyleLocationHybrid role based out of Park City headquartersSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and Project ManagementIndustries: Wellness and Fitness Services
