About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Manager to lead our global pricing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining and executing our global pricing strategies across all business units and geographies. This role will lead a team of pricing professionals and report to the Sr. Director of Revenue Management, Strategy, and Data & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies to achieve business goals

Lead revenue and margin optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve profitability across all sales channels

Oversee pricing frameworks, including MSRP and MAP, and lead pricing strategies for new product introductions to ensure competitiveness and profitability

Monitor competitive pricing and analyze market trends and consumer price sensitivity to proactively recommend pricing adjustments

Manage the end-to-end pricing execution process across all sales channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy in different systems

Develop and implement scalable pricing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and standardization across business units and regions

Lead the development of pricing models and the preparation of commercial pricing proposals in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product Management and Operations teams.

Ensure contract terms compliance by tracking performance and acting as a key escalation point for the sales and other supporting teams

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of pricing professionals, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture

Serve as a pricing expert on cross-functional projects, providing data-backed insights and leading workstreams related to cost and margin analysis

Deliver executive-level presentations on pricing impact and revenue performance to inform strategic decision-making

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

10+ years of progressing experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or commercial finance with a focus on CPG (consumer packaged goods) and/or industrial products

3+ years of experience leading teams

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field required; MBA or equivalent Master's degree preferred

Strong data analytics and financial acumen

Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other tools for pricing analysis

Strong understating of financial metrics and P&L fundamentals

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Leadership and cross-functional influence management skills

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $169,150.00 - $199,000.00. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company's performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
