Position Summary
:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of the organization. This role will be responsible for preparing and implementing the company's talent acquisition plans as well as building and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet workforce needs. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for performing full-cycle recruitment activities.

• Prepare and implement talent acquisition plans aligned with the company's brand and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR partners, business leaders, and hiring managers.
• Lead full cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop branding and creative strategies to attract candidates.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Are You Ready To:
• Provide strategic consultation to hiring managers on staffing issues, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews (face-to-face and virtual) and deliver training on recruitment best practices.
• Lead debrief meetings and guide selection decisions.
• Represent the company at career fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events as a brand ambassador.
• Analyze workforce needs and recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and company policies.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and candidates.
Job Requirements:
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with full-cycle recruitment knowledge.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and general HR practices.
• Strong sourcing skills, including internet and pipeline development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
• Preferred: HRIS experience, federal contractor recruiting experience, exposure to both office and manufacturing environments, and HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP).
