Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an ERP and Office Support Coordinator. The primary focus of this role is to manage data entry into our ERP system (Deacom) and assist the Office and Warehouse Manager with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing files, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently input data into the ERP system and PC. Provide administrative support to the Office and Warehouse Manager. Maintain daily receiving material books and conduct regular inventories. Organize and manage inventory records. Maintain and organize office files. Follow safety guidelines and policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Attend safety and quality training sessions as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of relevant experience in data entry, inventory management, or office administration. Proficiency in English and Spanish communication. Strong mathematical skills. Computer proficiency in Microsoft office (excel, word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands:
Ability to lift to 50lbs. Must be able to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, etc. Work Environment:
Work near moving mechanical parts. Exposure to dust, airborne particles, and herbal aromas. Occasional work in high or precarious places and outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level in the work environment.
