About the Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting office operations, finance tracking, and team coordination. From managing supplies and events to handling expense reporting and vendor contracts, this role offers the chance to make an impact across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and onboarding assistance
  • Manage office supplies, desk assignments, and facilities requests
  • Organize and support office events and team-building activities
  • Submit purchase orders, manage credit cards, and track office expenses
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and coordinate with internal finance
  • Execute and manage third-party vendor contracts

Requirements

  • Korean bilingual (must-have)
  • 3–5 years of professional administrative experience (up to 7 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
