We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role provides essential support through a combination of administrative functions, project coordination, and departmental assistance. ✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Create routine and non-routine documents such as reports, flyers, charts, surveys, newsletters, and presentations.
- Generate and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
- Review materials for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies/procedures.
- Assist with budget creation, expense tracking, and financial/purchasing processes.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare statistical, financial, and operational reports.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take minutes, and distribute summaries.
- Develop and manage departmental files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
🛠 Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
- Proficiency in creating spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of office management, recordkeeping, and confidential information handling.
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Required: Associate’s degree and 3+ years of administrative experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: Advanced administrative/project coordination experience.
