Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in customer service and mailroom operations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.

  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages; coordinate with courier services as needed.

  • Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders.

  • Provide support to various departments and management as required.

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.

  • Strong customer service background is a plus.

  • Previous mailroom or shipping/receiving experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
