Position: Construction Administrative Assistant
Location: Poway/Miramar (onsite position)
Pay Rate: $23-$26/hr
Hours: Full Time onsite, Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Duration: Temp to hire
Immediate Administrative Assistant opening for a well established infrastructure construction company. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is detail oriented and has 2+ years of administrative experience and is looking for a long term opportunity in construction and certified payroll. Some training will be provided on task the employee isn't experienced with.
Responsibilities:
- Electronic filing
- Respond to department emails
- Updating record details
- Scan document to be converted to electronic files
- Conduct data entry task for office staff
- Manage office technology
- Additional duties as requested
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years administrative assistant experience required.
- Ability to work in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.
- Certified Payroll experience
- Previous experience working for a construction company a plus
- Experience working with compliance documents a plus
- Bilingual a plus
