A leading Oil & Gas company located in the Galleria area of Houston, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity with a great work culture, room for growth within the organization, and competitive compensation and benefits. This role is hybrid after training with 1 day per week from home. Starting compensation is $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of administrative experience with 1 years of experience in international travel arrangements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer/vendor records and contracts in SAP and IMOS; raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support account reconciliations across global regions.
  • Extract and prepare data from IMOS and voyage files for reports and presentations; maintain documentation and update performance
  • Oversee HSSE schedules, safety meeting documentation, and records; support internal meetings with minute-taking and stakeholder coordination
  • Assist with audits, reception coverage, and ad hoc tasks
