Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

to build and scale our global marketing function. At this stage of our growth, the CMO will be laser-focused on pipeline generation, sales enablement, and CIO ecosystem engagement to directly support revenue. Elevating AspenView’s broader brand will follow, but our immediate marketing priority is clear: drive revenue through high-impact programs and campaigns. This role sits on AspenView’s

Executive Leadership Team (ELT), reporting directly to the President and working in close collaboration with the CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, and Sales and Delivery leaders across the U.S. and Latin America.

What You’ll Do

Develop unified messaging and sales collateral to align Sales, Marketing, and Delivery around AspenView’s value proposition

Build a scalable content and enablement engine to accelerate deal cycles and support every stage of the buyer journey

Lead integrated marketing programs that generate high-quality SQLs for both the U.S.-based Business Development (BD) team and LATAM-based Business Development Organization (BDO)

Partner with Sales to align campaigns by vertical, persona, account tier, and territory

CIO Ecosystem Engagement & Event Strategy

– Drive AspenView’s presence in the North American CIO community through forums, summits, and strategic partnerships

Lead executive events (e.g., CIO dinners, panels, symposiums) that build relationships and generate qualified opportunities

Digital Presence & Performance Marketing

– Own AspenView’s digital presence: website, SEO / SEM, AI / GPT, email marketing, and social media

Optimize for engagement, lead conversion, and measurable revenue impact

Leverage AI and analytics to continuously improve digital ROI

Content & Thought Leadership

– Build a robust content engine that highlights client success, technical capabilities, and employee culture

Align content to the CIO / CTO buyer journey and support trust-building with executive stakeholders

Internal Communications Leadership

– Partner with the CEO and CPO to build a strong internal communication cadence and cultural alignment

Lead efforts such as monthly newsletters, CEO video blogs, and ELT roundtables

Client & Brand-Building Events

– Plan and execute AspenView-branded client experiences that showcase our culture, expertise, and delivery model

Examples :

Client appreciation events, private dinners, annual strategy symposium

Executive Collaboration & Strategic Insights

– Serve as a strategic thought partner to the ELT on market trends, growth strategy, and competitive positioning

Provide data-backed insights to guide go-to-market strategy and service packaging

Brand Leadership

– Own AspenView’s brand narrative and visual identity across all channels

Ensure consistency while driving a brand that signals performance, trust, global connection, and excellence

Recruit and lead a high-performing internal Marketing team and / or agency partners as needed

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and creativity

Analytics & Optimization

– Champion a performance-driven marketing culture

Use metrics and testing to optimize funnels, campaigns, and content

Drive experimentation and continuous improvement

Who You Are

15+ years of experience in marketing, including 5+ in B2B tech or professional services

Proven success in pipeline generation, revenue marketing, and executive buyer engagement

Deep experience with demand generation, digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics

Background in marketing IT services, digital engineering, or outsourced delivery models a plus

Experience working across North American markets and multicultural LATAM teams

Exceptional communicator and storyteller—written, visual, and verbal

Data-driven, experimental, and results-focused

Collaborative and team-oriented, with a strong ability to operate in founder-led, fast-paced environments

Leadership experience managing remote or distributed teams

Spanish language skills are a strong plus, but not a requirement

Compensation As a member of AspenView’s ELT, this role is structured with long-term ownership and shared success in mind. The CMO will receive:

A significant equity stake in the company

An initial cash compensation package focused on growth-stage alignment and sales partnership

Upon achievement of financial milestones, a full executive package will activate, including market-based salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits

This structure mirrors that of our current ELT and reflects AspenView’s commitment to building a team of leaders fully invested in our mission, growth, and long-term value creation.
