Technical Lead

for a

contract

with a client in

Phoenix, AZ / Raleigh, NC / Dallas, TX (Remote).

Responsibilities include configuring compensation plans and incentive structures and developing ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and performance tracking.

Rate Range:

$53/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Lead job responsibilities include:

Lead the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and foster best practices in software development. Define system architecture and design scalable, maintainable solutions across platforms and technologies. Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure code quality, performance, and security through testing, debugging, and optimization. Drive Agile practices, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of user stories and project milestones. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a technical leadership role. Proven expertise in leading end-to-end technical implementations, including architecture design and team coordination. Strong hands-on experience with relevant technologies (e.g., Java, Angular, cloud platforms) and Agile methodologies. If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW. Pay Details:

$53.00 to $56.00 per hour
