Job Summary Our client is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee and coordinate clinical research activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and protocol standards. Key Responsibilities Complete required regulatory and protocol-specific training (ICH-GCP, IATA, EDC, IVRS, etc.). Conduct subject visits, procedures, and informed consent discussions. Maintain accurate documentation following ALCOA-C standards. Enter data, resolve queries, and follow up on action items. Support subject recruitment and retention. Collaborate with lab, data, administrative staff, investigators, participants, and sponsors. Assist with laboratory procedures, equipment monitoring, and kit inventory. Compound, prepare, and dispense investigational products (IP). Manage IP accountability: receipt, dispensing, storage, returns, and destruction. Ensure adherence to blinding plans and study protocols. Maintain pharmacy records, inventory, and temperature monitoring. Consult on drug dosing and preparation; review protocols for pharmacy needs. Interact with sponsors, monitors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with all site and sponsor procedures. Qualifications Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Experience with patient data collection, EDC entry, and sample management. Ability to maintain accurate and timely study documentation. Proficiency in maintaining and organizing lab operations, inventory, and layout. Experience in ensuring a safe and compliant lab environment. Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
