Summary:
The main function of the Warehouse Associate III is to load and unload trucks along with all required verification and associated documentation, storage, prepare outgoing shipments of finished goods and assembly of daily requisitions. Essential Job Functions :
Shipping / Receiving Check drivers in and out. Ensuring the driver log is completed looking for accuracy. Inspecting incoming shipments of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure they meet quality standards and have matching documentation provided. Performs daily receiving and shipping of product, packaging material, and raw materials. Notifying lead or manager of any issues with temperature or quality of incoming loads. Completing all inventory transactions relating to shipping and recirculating documents Internal Process
Intake of parcel deliveries - following internal process. Acquire and maintain knowledge of full Ragozzino product range. Yard checks - fuel, temperature, any deviations from set temp, overall conditions. Conduct trailer inspections per company policy Process all shipping and receiving related documentation. Follow transfer process and complete and review all documents required Proficient use of ERP system (Nav). Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels. Safely and accurately move product in and out of racks recording the correct bin locations Follow all SOPs for shipping and receiving. Communicates information and updates to other warehouse staff, production staff, and logistics team to ensure smooth flow of materials and products. Safety
Forklift operation (must be licensed). Following all OSHA Code of Federal Regulations. Operation of yard truck or box truck (must be certified). Ensuring completion of daily pre trip checklist of the yard horse. Common housekeeping practices: removing trash, pallets or other items from company facilities using warehouse equipment. Works cooperatively and collaboratively within a team Food safety is of utmost importance in this role. Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures. Knowledge of the products and inventory systems of the company. Able to work in cold, climate-controlled conditions for long periods of time. Problem-solving skills. Proficiency in follow-up; ability to meet deadlines. Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner. Gives attention to detail and follows instructions. Ability to independently solve complex problems. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. Fork truck certification - working knowledge of all operational lifts Preferred 1 year of experience in warehouse operations. Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP's, and Food Safety. Familiar with SQF certification and regulatory compliance audits. Able to be on feet most of the work day. Able to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs., carry and walk about the warehouse High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation
