Job Description: We are seeking a

Marketing Data Specialist

to manage, cleanse, and optimize marketing databases that support campaign execution and reporting. This role ensures data accuracy, compliance with global privacy regulations, and smooth integration across Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about

data quality, governance, and compliance .

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Maintain marketing database health through

data cleansing, enrichment, deduplication, and validation . Upload, map, and verify data in Excel before importing into

Salesforce/Pardot . Manage

dynamic lists, suppression lists, and automation rules

within MAP platforms. Ensure

compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and global data privacy laws . Collaborate with data teams on

data flows, enrichment tools, and integrations

(ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, D&B). Produce recurring reports on database growth, segmentation, and health. Support data governance standards, including MDM platforms (Informatica, Profisee). Requirements:

Must-Haves:

4+ years of experience managing

marketing or sales databases

(preferably B2B SaaS or global org). Excel skills

for handling large datasets. Experience with

Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, or Eloqua . Familiarity with

data enrichment tools

(ZoomInfo, D&B, LinkedIn Navigator). Knowledge of

global privacy regulations

(GDPR, CCPA, LGPD). Segment audiences and support campaign execution. Attention to detail and commitment to

data hygiene . Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with

Power BI or Tableau

for data visualization. Basic SQL or Access querying skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Information Systems.
