Job Description

Vialto Partners is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, Americas, to build the strategy and oversee the execution of integrated marketing programs for the region. This role is critical to aligning global marketing with regional business priorities, enhancing brand visibility, and fueling growth.

You will be responsible for bringing global marketing programs to life within the Americas-localizing campaigns, developing region-specific programs, and collaborating closely with colleagues across brand, content, communications, portfolio marketing, and marketing technology and operations to drive client engagement, visibility, and growth.

The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer with experience in professional services and/or B2B technology (ideally both), strong stakeholder management skills, and a demonstrable track record of delivering results.

A commitment to quality, creativity, collaboration, and accountability is critical to success in this role.

Essential Functions

Demand generation and campaign management Collaborate with business, sales, and growth teams to ensure marketing efforts align with pipeline and revenue objectives. Design and implement targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive client engagement. Localize and activate global campaigns across the region to ensure cultural and business relevance. Create campaigns tailored to region-specific opportunities and priorities. Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, events, webinars, social media, and email marketing. Field marketing

Plan, organize, and execute regional events, trade shows, and sponsorships to foster client relationships and build brand recognition. Manage event budgets and measure the ROI of event participation Execute effective co-marketing campaigns with Vialto alliance partners. Oversee local vendors as needed, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables. Regional PR and communications

In collaboration with our Communications team, work with subject matter experts to surface client stories, insights, and potential media coverage opportunities. Stakeholder engagement

Build strong relationships with regional business leaders, sales/growth, and service line leaders to ensure alignment and responsiveness to business needs. Build virtual teams within marketing to execute on campaigns Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience working in a corporate marketing organization, ideally one that supports global marketing efforts in a matrixed environment with multiple service lines. Strong understanding of marketing campaign strategies, best practices, and project management. A strong ability to analyze campaign effectiveness, not just as it relates to marketing KPIs but also those that are important to business leader. A proven track record in executing multichannel marketing campaigns, including thought leadership and content, events and webinars, web, and email. Experience in B2B professional services, human resources-related industries, or technology would be a strong asset. Additional Information

This can be a remote role, based in the United States. This is a regular full-time position. Compensation: Up to $150K. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
