The Reverse Distribution Returns Analyst
The Reverse Distribution Returns Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all trade customer expired returns are properly and promptly processed and credited. Duties will be carried out in compliance with all federal, state and local laws & regulations (including, FDA, DEA and SOX) and Pharmaceutical Quality Standards.
The key roles for the Reverse Distribution Returns Associate are: • Manage all SAP transactions related to the processing of Returned Goods at Pharmaceutical's 3rd Party Returns Center. • Issue RD credits to direct-purchasing Pharmaceutical customers for all returns that are compliant with the appropriate Pharmaceutical Return Goods Policy. • Ensure that all Pharma returns are accurately priced. • Partner with 3rd party Returns Provider to ensure that all Pharmaceutical Financial Periods are closed promptly in accordance with SOX requirements. • Track returns on a monthly basis with all pertinent returns data, including UPC/NDC, Lot Code, Quantity, Returning Customer, Processing Date, Reason for Return, etc. • Provide ad hoc return report to key business partners, including Commercial, Finance, Logistics and Revenue Reconciliation team members. • Provide RD support for all internal audits conducted by Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance team and Pharmaceutical SOX/Finance team.
