This position is based in Northbrook, Illinois. Hybrid work from certain states may be permitted in accordance with Astellas’ Responsible Flexibility Guidelines. Candidates interested in hybrid work are encouraged to apply.

Purpose:

This position is part of the Supply Chain team, supporting the area of Reverse Logistics, which includes managing customer returns and damages for the U.S. and Canadian markets.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and requires excellent time management and prioritization skills, as well as strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance (QA), Trade, Legal, and Customer Operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Process returns of expired products for U.S. and Canadian customers, ensuring all returned goods are handled accurately and in a timely manner

Manage damage claims from customers, ensuring each claim is thoroughly investigated and resolved promptly.

Respond to customer inquiries related to returns or damage, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Collaborate closely with the third-party return processor to address return-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Ensure that all returns and damages processes are J-SOX compliant and adhere to established procedures.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Environment:

This position is a remote position and will not require on-site work.

Salary Range:

$57,400 - 82,000 (NOTE: Final salary could be more or less, based on experience)
