VersaDesk is looking for a Logistics Manager who takes ownership, solves problems, and drives results. We're looking for someone experienced to oversee our LTL outbound shipments, package carrier management, freight forwarding, and inbound coordination with our third-party logistics partners. Our company manufactures ergonomic furniture products, and we need someone who can streamline shipping, reduce costs, and ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize LTL outbound shipments and package carrier operations. Coordinate inbound logistics with third-party logistics providers. Oversee our freight forwarding. Negotiate with LTL, package, and freight carriers to secure cost-effective solutions. Implement package optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Track KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

At least 5-10+ years of experience in logistics (LTL, package carriers, third-party logistics, and freight forwarding preferred). Proven expertise in freight negotiation and package optimization. Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills. Proficiency in logistics software/tools.
