Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator.

This position is temporary for 2-3 months

Location: Santa Ana, onsite Monday to Friday

Hours 8am-5pm

Duties:

Answer incoming calls

Transfer calls

Take messages

Order office supplies

Handle incoming mail and UPS, FED-EX and Amazon packages

Assist with customers

Maintain the kitchen area stock up

Maintain conference rooms stocked

Greet clients

Must have excellent communication skills

Must have at least 1-2 years of office experience

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Must be able to start ASAP.
