THE POSITION As a digital architect of the City's public presence, the Website Coordinator is a highly skilled professional responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Moreno Valley's websites and online platforms. This pivotal role ensures that the City's digital communications are visually compelling, secure, and aligned with branding and outreach goals. With a focus on innovation and precision, the Website Coordinator executes thousands of updates annually, serving as a technical expert, creative collaborator, and strategic communicator. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college and university with major coursework in web development and design, computer science, and information technology, or a related field, and at least five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience designing/developing and supervising website designers/developers. Experience working for a governmental agency is preferred. MISSION STATEMENT The City Manager's Office is committed to providing and coordinating excellent staff support and sound policy recommendations to the City Council, leading the organization in an effective, efficient, and principled manner, and providing organizational support and direction to the departments.

ABOUT THE CITY MANAGERS DEPARTMENT Functions of this office include coordination of the implementation of City Council policies and programs; providing overall direction to the departments that administer City programs and services; coordinating intergovernmental relations and legislative advocacy; and administration of the City's Technology Services Division, media relations, public information and intergovernmental relations and public safety contract administrator.
