Job Title: Senior ERP Transformation Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee an end-to-end
ERP transformation program
focused on
Finance (e.g., GL, AP/AR, FP&A), HR (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent), and Procurement
systems. Support defined program scope, governance structures, and execution plans in collaboration with business and IT leadership. Direct internal and external project teams, including business analysts, architects, developers, and vendor partners. Manage large-scale budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams. Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment, ensuring goals, expectations, and risks are well-communicated and proactively managed. Oversee suppliers and resources leading process redesign and change management efforts in support system adoption and operational improvement. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support. Ensure data integrity and seamless migration from legacy platforms. Report program health, KPIs, and key milestones to executive steering committees and senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of project management experience , including
5+ years leading ERP transformation programs at enterprise scale . Proven experience with
Finance and HR ERP systems
(e.g., SAP ECC, Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM, Workday, Etc). Demonstrated success leading cross-functional global teams and managing multiple vendors or system integrators. Deep understanding of
finance and HR business processes , controls, and regulatory requirements. Expertise in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and lead at all organizational levels.
Preferred Certifications
PMP or Prince2 Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification Agile/Scrum certification (SAFe a plus)
