Bachelor's degree or equivalent required 5+ years of experience in utility operations and related applications Strong background in meter management, AMI metering, mobile workforce management, or enterprise asset management systems Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Passion for environmental sustainability and desire to make a positive impact Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Good understanding of utility domain operations and processes Proficiency in at least 2-meter systems such as:
Meter Management (i.e. Sensus, Neptune, Itron) AMI metering technology (i.e. Sensus AMI) Mobile Workforce Management (i.e. IFS MWM) Enterprise Asset Management (i.e. HxGN, Kloudgin, or Cityworks)
SQL and database management skills (Oracle and/or MS SQL Server preferred) Exposure to scripting and process automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) Proficiency with Java Programming & API integration Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and equivalent experience. Minimum 6 years of designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure services or similar role. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
