Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
We are seeking a Construction Administrative Coordinator to join a growing team. This role provides administrative and customer support within a construction environment, focusing on warranty and service coordination. The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well with both homeowners and field staff.
Responsibilities:
Receive and track warranty service requests from homeowners
Enter and update information in BuildPro and other internal databases
Coordinate with subcontractors and field staff to ensure work orders are completed
Maintain warranty files and prepare reports as needed
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and homeowner communications
Provide professional support to customers and ensure timely follow-up
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or customer service experience (construction or homebuilding preferred)
BuildPro experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
