Job Summary:
The Associate Member Technical Team will be responsible for draw and documenting parts and systems to meet project needs based upon Engineer input. He/she participates in product builds to gain knowledge and experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Duties/Responsibilities:
CAD design work as required (sheet metal, assemblies, etc.) BOM (Bill of Materials) generation and maintenance in Windchill as required. Ensure that drawings incorporate all necessary design features and comply with the product's engineering design. Contribute to design modifications to improve the quality and function of the product. Integrate basic understanding of related disciplines and industry practices to advance disciplinary knowledge within the product's Engineering. Generate ECN (Engineering Change Note) as required. Participate constructively in company and department documentation process improvements. Mentor and assist others in CREO. Assist in other duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in Drafting and Design Technology or equivalent certificate is required. Minimum of 3 years of related experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 1 year of CREO implementation, administration, and support experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Physical Requirements:

The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $23.83 hourly. The base pay offered may vary depending on the position offered, geographic location, education, training, and/or experience.
