Quality Inspector
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in WV is proud to partner with a tier-1 automotive supplier in the Buffalo/Hurricane, WV area. This company is looking for Quality Inspectors to help inspect automotive parts for their end customer.
Shift/Pay:
2 nd shift; 7pm - 4am + any daily OT called. Some Saturdays. $14.50/hr. - Daily pay available!!
Quality Inspector Job Requirements: • Inspect parts while balancing quality and productivity to meet (or exceed) customer expectations • Accurately and thoroughly collect and record project data. • Capable of performing detail-oriented and repetitive work • Able to multi-task • Comply with all safety instructions and personal protective equipment requirements • Follow all client policies and procedures • Comply with uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance • Comply with performance and conduct standards • Work with minimum supervision • Drive customer service by communicating with customer, as needed • Capable of effectively working in a fast-paced environment • Complete training requirements in a timely manner • Assist with training team members, as needed • Ensure project areas are 5s compliant • Travel to project locations, as needed • Good oral and written communication • Ability to work overtime with minimal notice • All other duties, as assigned
Quality Inspector Preferred Qualifications: • Valid driver's license • Able to use powered and non-powered hand tools • Ability to use basic gages (calipers, micrometers, scales) • Read, comprehend, and apply written work instruction
Quality Inspector Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate weights of 10 - 50 pounds for extended periods of time. • Hand/eye coordination with arm/hand/finger dexterity including the ability to grasp with visual acuity. • Corrected 20/20 vision • Able to pass a criminal background check • Able to pass initial and subsequent drug screenings
