Marketing Manager . We are looking for an "A+" player with the

Marketing chops

to help us help more people, someone who is

fluent in Spanish , and will work onsite in our

Atlanta office.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing (Besides Loving Your Job): •

Marketing Strategy:

Design and execute marketing strategies to reach new clients. Identify and focus on target markets to build an efficient marketing strategy. •

Market Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead in the legal market. •

Analytics and Reporting:

Use data analytics to measure effectiveness and meet performance KPIs. •

Digital Marketing:

Lead our digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email campaigns, and social media presence. •

Content Creation:

Create compelling and informative content to reinforce the firm's expertise and thought leadership. •

Branding and Positioning:

Protect our brand identity across all marketing channels and communication platforms. •

Back-end Marketing:

Build and grow our referral network for the marketing program.

Qualifications

Who You Are • Have at least 5 years of experience in a Marketing role, designing and executing Marketing strategies. • Is fluent in Spanish. • Has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • Is proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools, including website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing. • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • An analytical mindset and the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions.

And Even Better if You... • Possesses in-depth knowledge of the legal industry, including legal practice areas, ethics, and compliance considerations. • Can demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique marketing approaches within the legal profession. • Are familiar with legal directories, rankings, and awards processes. • Have a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in legal marketing.
