Description
All Juice produces a variety of Juice products at the Hendersonville facility. The
Maintenance Technician
maintains and/or repairs all manufacturing and supporting equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping production equipment operating at peak performance.
Requirements
Job Duties:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including 480V 3-phase power Work on high-speed production equipment: cappers, fillers, labelers, bottling lines Diagnose and fix issues with sensors, photo eyes, VFDs, and motor drives Determines proper course of action, related to repair vs. replacement vs. modification of equipment, tools, etc., and makes recommendations regarding such to supervisor. Conducts preventative maintenance on a bi-weekly and annual basis or per Preventive Maintenance program Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Cleans, lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
2+ years industrial maintenance experience required Familiarity with food/beverage production equipment is a plus! Strong mental reasoning, written and oral communication skills, and simple math skills required. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to perform physical requirements exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly Pay:
$29/hr
