The
Principal Experience Designer
is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include: Driving visual and interaction design for the New Technology Suite, ensuring alignment with the company's design system and brand standards. Collaborating with development partners to translate design concepts into high-quality, customer-facing tools. Creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that address both user needs and business goals. Supporting the rollout and refinement of design patterns that enhance usability, clarity, and consistency. Contributing to the maintenance and evolution of the company's design system. Managing assigned design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, from exploration to final handoff. Partnering with the Creative Director to deliver a unified, premium experience across the platform. Specific qualifications for the position include :
A minimum of
7 years of experience designing digital products , ideally consumer-facing. A strong portfolio demonstrating elegant UI design, UX expertise, and excellence in visual execution. Proficiency in Figma (and similar tools), with experience working in and contributing to design systems. Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to deliver polished work under tight deadlines. Excellent collaboration, communication, and feedback integration skills. Pay Rate Range : $90.84 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
