Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent preferred (OR) 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing
Expertise in Electrical Troubleshooting : Control circuits, servo systems, sensors, and AC/DC motor systems
Strong PLC Troubleshooting : Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other platforms (modifying logic, diagnosing faults)
Robotics Experience : Working knowledge of robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, or similar)
Proficient in
mechanical ,
hydraulic ,
pneumatic , and
fabrication
repair
Ability to
read and interpret complex schematics and wiring diagrams
Welding and basic machining/fabrication experience is a strong plus What You'll Be Doing:
Troubleshoot and repair
automated manufacturing equipment , including CNC machinery, conveyors, servo drives, VFDs, and robotic arms
Conduct preventive maintenance and root cause failure analysis to maximize uptime
Collaborate on
equipment upgrades and automation projects , offering insight from a maintenance perspective
Maintain accurate documentation for all service tasks, diagnostics, and parts usage
Provide
technical mentorship
to junior technicians, reinforcing safety and quality standards
Support inventory management and follow 5S principles for a clean and efficient work environment What Sets You Apart:
