As a detail-oriented and collaborative

Benefits Administrator , you will work with our Shared Services team to play a vital role in delivering streamlined administrative and operational support, ensuring exceptional service for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with the Benefits Manager to manage and maintain our company's benefits programs, provide guidance to employees on benefits-related matters, and ensure accurate recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, logical reasoning, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with precision and professionalism.

This is an on-site position at our office in Lanham, MD.

Your Impact: Manage and oversee the Benefit Ticket system, including assigning and answering tickets as appropriate and providing weekly reports on the ticket status and FAQs from employees. Assist with administering all benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and all supplemental benefits. Create benefits communications, including review of site text for our BeneAdmin system, brochures, memos, forms, and training initiatives and submitting for approval. Explain complex benefits-related concepts in a readily comprehensible manner to all constituencies. Know the benefit plan rules, work processes, and change process for all benefit programs. Support various benefits area activities as needed, including qualifying life events (QLE), enrollments, and orientations. Regularly conduct comprehensive benefits audits to ensure data accuracy across systems, identify discrepancies, and support compliance through timely employee notifications and coordination with the Benefits team. Lead the Wellness Program, including coordination of wellness activities. Perform all other duties as required and directed by anyone on the team to meet the department's needs. Your Profile:

Must have at least 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years of benefits experience. Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and forward-thinking skills. UKG experience in benefits administration strongly preferred. BSwift experience a plus (or any BeneAdmin system). Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions a must. How We'll Support You:
