Role: MES Project Manager Duration: 12 months Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite) Shift Details: Day (Mon - Friday) 8 AM - 5PM

Description: The Senior Project Manager will be part of the Global Information Services (GIS) and will work with the client business units, support groups and the GIS organization to plan, organize, and manage the execution of critical project successfully and drive to operations.

Responsibilities: As a Senior Project manager, you will be responsible for the following: Manage multiple projects and execute all phases of projects following the client's Project Management Methodology. Collaborate widely, manage work, and coordinate activities performed by the GIS team, vendors, client business units, and other support groups. Manage projects with defined scope, cost, time, and deliverables, ensuring quality outcomes. Develop detailed project plans covering end-to-end activities and outcomes. Prioritize deliverables and ensure follow-through to completion. Communicate project status to key stakeholders at established cadences. Follow project management best practices, including planning, scheduling, resource management, risk and issue management, tracking and reporting progress, communications, approvals, documentation, and change control management. Represent the project by creating materials, developing content, and presenting information for project reviews and updates. Ensure compliance with the client's Project Management Methodology during project execution. Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Information Technology. t least 10 years of project management experience. Certifications in project management, such as PMP, CSM, etc. Proven track record in leading full lifecycle enterprise projects involving business processes, IT integration, and managing large global teams. Working knowledge of project planning tools. bility to understand functional business processes and their relationship to IT projects. Proven experience in interacting and communicating with executive management and project teams. Experience working with MES technologies is preferred. Experience delivering large programs in the semiconductor space is a plus. The following skills are needed to perform the role:
