HVAC Service Technician

If you're passionate about diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems while providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities System Diagnostics & Repair
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems Preventative Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure peak system performance and longevity Customer Communication
- Clearly explain issues, solutions, and maintenance tips to homeowners in a professional and courteous manner Documentation
- Accurately complete service tickets, maintenance checklists, and parts usage reports Emergency Service
- Provide timely, effective service during on-call rotations for after-hours or weekend emergencies Team Collaboration
- Work alongside dispatch, customer service, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment Technical Growth
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, codes, and best practices through ongoing training Qualifications Experience
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues Customer-Focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Technical Knowledge
- Proficient with low-voltage wiring, refrigerant charging, and combustion testing Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces Licenses
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; EPA certification preferred Detail-Oriented
