The Human Resources Project Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of HR initiatives that drive operational efficiency and process improvement. The role involves collaborating closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of HR efficiencies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis and develop HR reports in partnership with the CHRO to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
  • Lead and coordinate HR-related projects, such as HRIS implementation.
  • Establish, maintain, and report on critical success measures, performance objectives, and processes and procedures to control project operations and changes.
  • Research, evaluate, and analyze human resources processes that impact operations; generate reports summarizing data for discussions, projections, and strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, and short and long-range planning.
  • Develop and implement projects and programs to assist in achieving established goals.
  • Verify and validate projects, ensuring adherence to standards and alignment with the vision.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that could risk on-time implementation of programs/projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • AA degree required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Sciences, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
  • Experience coordinating across departments in a complex or regulated environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare, hospital, or clinic sectors is advantageous.

The position requires working onsite from Monday to Friday during the day shift. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $45.00/hr.
