SAP Functional Consultant- Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business leaders, process owners, technical staff and end-users to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications and configure the relevant SAP modules accordingly. Design and document business processes, ensuring efficient use and integration of SAP functionalities. Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing of SAP solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the SAP system. Develop and deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP developers, Basis, etc.) for enhancements and custom development. Stay updated with the latest SAP S4/HANA features, best practices, and industry trends. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in the relevant module area. Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within the chosen specialization. Experience with SAP S4/HANA implementations, configurations, and migrations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively between business and technical teams. Certification in SAP S4/HANA (preferred, not mandatory). Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience in SAP MM, PP, QM, and PM modules. Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain logistics, and maintenance management. Ability to map business processes for inventory control, procurement cycles, production scheduling, and plant maintenance activities. Familiarity with integration points between Operations modules and other SAP areas (e.g., Finance, Sales). We value our employees by providing:
