Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for healthcare providers. Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation. Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency. Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
