The Associate Director - Operations will oversee the governance, performance, and optimization of the GenAI Content Hub. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, managing escalations, and driving flawless, on-time delivery of campaigns and tactics. The Associate Director will act as the central point of contact, coordinating with diverse stakeholders-including brands, WCx, BI&T, MLR, Mumbai Content Hub members, and extended partner/vendor teams-to optimize processes and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Operational Governance: Oversee the end-to-end operations of the GenAI Content Hub, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to timelines, and error-free delivery of marketing campaigns and tactics. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the hub's performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations. Process Optimization: Continuously refine processes to enhance speed, scalability, and personalization of content delivery, leveraging AI/GenAI tools and technologies. Escalation Management: Anticipate and resolve obstacles to on-time asset delivery, facilitating quick problem-solving with relevant stakeholders and clarifying responsible parties for resolution. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including brand teams, WCx, BI&T, MLR, and offshore/onsite Mumbai Content Hub members, to align resources and ensure smooth operations. Vendor and Partner Management: Govern extended partner and vendor teams, ensuring alignment with BMS objectives, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Cross-Channel Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of commercial activation and channel strategies to drive effective content deployment across multiple platforms and regions. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all content adheres to regulatory, MLR, and brand guidelines, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in marketing, content production, or creative services, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time. Deep understanding of commercial activation, omnichannel marketing, and digital content delivery across diverse platforms (e.g., web, social, email, and traditional media). Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize processes, ideally with experience in AI/GenAI-driven workflows. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing diverse, cross-functional, and global teams, including offshore and onsite delivery models. Strong ability to anticipate challenges, facilitate rapid resolutions, and clarify accountability to ensure flawless execution. Proficiency in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data insights, and leveraging analytics to improve operational efficiency. Experience managing external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards. Working knowledge of AI/GenAI tools and their application in content creation, personalization, and process automation is a plus. Familiarity with marketing compliance, including MLR processes, in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred). Ability to navigate and collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed organization with diverse cultural and operational dynamics. The starting compensation for this job is a range from [copy/paste hiring guidelines $164,000-$199,300, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
