$19-$19.75/HR depending on Shift
Job Summary: This is a full-time warehouse position focused on shipping and receiving operations at manufacturing facility in Troy, OH. The role involves accurately documenting warehouse activities and understanding production operations-training will be provided. Ideal candidates may have prior warehouse experience, including forklift operation (sit-down and stand-up), barcoding, BOL creation, and material handling. Ability to work in a cold environment is required. Experience operating a yard tractor to move trailers is a plus.
Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment drug screening Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work in environments ranging from -10°F to 90°F Must be able to stand, walk, and operate forklifts for 8 to 10 hours per shift Key Responsibilities:
Maintain food safety and quality standards, including document review and trailer inspections for all incoming/outgoing materials Accurately complete required paperwork in accordance with SOPs Properly mark and segregate allergenic ingredients Rotate raw materials and finished goods using FIFO principles Stage production materials according to the schedule Operate in a safe manner using required PPE Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Keep work areas clean, sanitary, and safe Immediately report any food safety or quality concerns to management Perform other duties as assigned Preferred Experience / Skills:
Previous experience in food manufacturing (or ability to learn on the job) Familiarity with food safety and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
