We're seeking a People & Culture Partner who is passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and driving impactful people strategies that fuel business success. This position is onsite at our Toolbox Plant in Lakewood, NY 5 days a week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Building Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with leadership to align people initiatives with organizational goals, providing insight and guidance that influence positive business outcomes. Leading Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner closely with recruiting partners and our People & Culture Centers of Excellence to manage recruiting efforts across all levels and ensure smooth onboarding experiences that welcome new team members effectively. Driving Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees, delivering coaching, conflict resolution, and support to foster a respectful and inclusive workplace. Managing Performance & Development: Coordinate performance management cycles, succession planning, and development programs that empower employees to reach their full potential. Ensuring Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Oversee critical HR processes such as policy investigations and maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations. Utilizing Data & Metrics: Analyze HR data and key performance indicators to identify trends, measure success, and recommend improvements to people strategies. Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with People & Culture Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners to implement best practices and innovative solutions.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 3 to 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or People & Culture Partner, preferably in manufacturing or a similarly fast-paced industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels. Proven track record in handling employee relations issues with discretion, fairness, and effectiveness. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite, with strong analytical and organizational capabilities. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
