Travel Required (% of travel) - 20% in US Is this a temp to perm position - possible but not guaranteed Overview We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Mana***r (contract) dedicated to supporting the BARDA program, which aims to advance next-***neration point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) solutions for emer***ncy medicine and trauma care. This role will be instrumental in executing BARDA program deliverables, managing cross-functional timelines, and leading stakeholder enga***ment initiatives-including a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and a national clinical partnership with the American Colle*** of Emer***ncy Physicians (ACEP).
Key Responsibilities Customer Advisory Board (CAB) Leadership • Lead the planning and execution of a multi-year CAB program: o Develop charter, member profiles, and enga***ment strategy o Coordinate quarterly virtual meetings and two in-person summits o Mana*** logistics, content development, and follow-up actions o Synthesize insights and integrate into product and marketing strategy ACEP Clinical Partnership Enga***ment • Serve as the marketing liaison for a national clinical partnership focused on emer***ncy medicine: o Coordinate participation in summits, chapter meetings, and strategy sessions o Align messaging and enga***ment activities with broader marketing goals o Capture and apply clinical insights to support product positioning and adoption Value Prop and Evidence ***n Development • Lead strategic initiatives to define and validate the value proposition, evidence ***neration, and reimbursement strategy for BARDA-supported innovations: o Develop differentiated value propositions aligned with clinical and market needs o Coordinate evidence ***neration to support product claims and clinical utility o Mana*** claims matrix planning and validation with cross-functional input o Support reimbursement strategy including coding, covera***, and payment pathways o Levera*** insights from CAB and ACEP partnership to inform messaging and proof points Marketing Program Mana***ment • Drive execution of commercial activation deliverables including: o Value proposition development and refinement o Claims matrix coordination and validation planning o Evidence ***neration and customer stories and testimonials • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, clinical, regulatory, regional marketing) to ensure alignment and timely delivery • Track progress against milestones and provide regular updates to leadership Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in healthcare marketing or product mana***ment - in the USA • Demonstrated experience developing healthcare product value propositions, supporting evidence ***neration, and navigating reimbursement strategy including coding and covera*** pathways • Proven experience managing advisory boards, KOL panels, or customer councils • Strong project mana***ment skills with ability to mana*** multiple stakeholders and timelines • Familiarity with emer***ncy medicine, reimbursement or POCUS technologies is a plus • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment Contract Scope • Estimated 20-30 hours/week • Participation in global team meetings - willing to adjust work times to accommodate Europe (early start) • Travel to conferences, CABs and team meetings as needed • Deliverables aligned with product development and launch milestones
