Training, Teaching, and Mentoring Developing and updating processes and procedures Communicating and following up with multiple groups and functions Creating cross-functional teams and enhancing employee morale Starting shift meetings and creating/monitoring work assignments throughout the day Maintaining a consistent work-flow Electrical Distribution experience
is a plus! Role Requirements:
High School/GED or equivalent work experience 3+ years warehouse and/or light manufacturing experience 1+ year Kirby Risk, distribution, or wire industry experience Demonstrated examples of training/development skills Demonstrated commitment to quality control standards Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts/schedules Computer literacy with experience in Eclipse or WMS; Microsoft Office preferred Ability to demonstrate knowledge of processes and system functions while supporting standard operating procedures Ability to demonstrate knowledge of processes and system functions while supporting standard operating procedures Schedule: 1 pm - 9:30 pm (2nd Shift)
