About the Role:

The Bilingual Receptionist at Sanabria & Associates PLLC will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role is crucial in managing communication between English and Spanish-speaking clients, facilitating smooth interactions and enhancing client satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Saturday availability
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a professional office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a legal or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with office management software and scheduling tools
Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
