About the Role
The Moore Group is seeking a
Design Strategy Lead
to support our Fortune 100 pharmaceutical client. This role would support UX Design and is ideal for a project coordinator or project manager with a passion for user-centered design, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
You'll work with a diverse and talented team of designers and researchers, helping to coordinate the delivery of multiple projects, manage workflows, and facilitate effective communication across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate project requests and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables Understand project objectives within the broader business context Collaborate with cross-functional teams across DesignOps, UX, Research, Development, and Business Adoption Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular status updates Facilitate internal meetings, workshops, and team-building activities Support the SAFe Scaled Agile process, including maintaining educational materials and participating in PI Planning Drive continuous improvement by implementing improved workflows and team processes Support teams in navigating complex UX ecosystems and driving innovation Ideal Prior Experience Areas

Form clear and concise project plans ensuring all Design Strategy activities are understood, scoped, and planned for Lead and execute all key project phases including framing, current state mapping, data analysis (qualitative and quantitative), insight generation, and future state mapping Conduct qualitative and quantitative data-gathering exercises (surveys, interviews, focus groups, workshops, etc.) and generate meaningful, actionable data-driven insights Deliver visual outputs that drive strategic decision making (e.g., service blueprints, system maps, user journeys, personas, innovation roadmaps, future state concepts, etc.) Design and facilitate strategy and innovation workshops (online / hybrid / in-person) Qualifications
Experience in project management or coordination (certification preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with user-centered design principles, UX/UI Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience in Agile environments Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook) Life Sciences and/or manufacturing industry experience is a plus Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital innovation
