A Fortune 500 aerospace and aviation client is looking for an Executive Desktop Support Engineer to join their team in supporting their Executive Leadership Team. In this role, you will be the primary technical support contact for roughly 40 leadership team members (C-suite, Presidents, and their Executive Administrator Assistants) in addition to secondary technical support contact for VPs and special assignments as needed. You help schedule and coordinate times to migrate, install or resolve issues, ensure machines are properly updated and backed up, and assist with activation and configuration of smart mobile devices (iOS devices and some Android). You will maintain end of life hardware refresh, peripheral support, network port activation, mobile computing support, and hardware warranty repair. Perform, when necessary, Executive Home Support to resolve broadband, network, or computer related issues. Perform troubleshooting and meeting preparations for designated Executive Conference rooms ensuring that computers, presentation data and conferencing solutions are in functioning order, and special event support if needed. Other responsibilities include: Responsibilities Provide hands-on hardware and software support for Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365, Apple (iPad and iPhone) and Android end-user devices Assist Executives with general IT system troubleshooting and support Install, configure, and test new hardware and software for end-u Configure and support mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads and Android mobile phones Assist end-u in-person and remotely with various hardware and software issues Respond to support requests via phone, email and/or other approved electronic media Deliver a high level of professional service and support Take initiative to introduce technology to help business processes and improve productivity Participate in regular training in the latest technologies Some travel, including international, may be required (10%) Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal compensation information about employees Perform other duties and projects as assigned

This role is 100% onsite Monday Friday at this clients headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. They work a 9/80 schedule so you will have off every other Friday, however some availability after normal business hours might be required. Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 30 lbs. is required.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in desktop support Expert knowledge of MS Windows 11 operating systems Expert knowledge of MS Office/O365 products including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Proficient in mobile device setup and management, both iOS and Android Experience in an IT Service Management environment Experience with Citrix connection, troubleshooting, etc. Advanced understanding of personal computer hardware, software, and networking Associate or technical degree in Information Technology Excellent communication skills, both oral and written ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience Professional appearance and demeanor must be able to maintain confidentiality Ability to understand varying levels of urgency and react appropriately Ability to take Initiative, eagerness, and ability to learn good problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

MacOS knowledge Currently pursuing or intent to pursue a B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, strongly preferred Industry-related certifications preferred
