InnoFi is a technology-forward, people-first auto finance company seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their analytical needs, develop comprehensive reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities for operational improvements through data analysis. Responsibilities
Partner with executives, managers, and stakeholders at all organizational levels to understand reporting needs and develop tailored solutions Create executive dashboards for strategic insights and operational reports that help department managers track performance and make informed decisions Collect, process and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and business opportunities Design and maintain automated reporting systems that support front-line supervisors to senior leadership, ensuring each level has access to relevant, timely and accurate information Conduct deep dive analysis to answer critical business questions, perform root cause analysis on performance issues and develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes Translate complex technical findings into clear narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences Collaborate with our external service providers and technology partners to ensure data quality, establish governance standards, and optimize data infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytical requirements Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, though equivalent experience will be considered 3+ years experience in business intelligence, data analysis or similar analytical roles Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Demonstrated proficiency with statistical analysis and working with large, complex datasets Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse concepts Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R Successful experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and delivering insights that have impacted business performance Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences through both written reports and presentations Demonstrated project management skills exhibited while handling multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative, cross-functional environments Naturally curious and proactive in identifying opportunities, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations where you will need to define both problems and solutions Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their practical business applications Industry-specific experience in the sub-prime lending sector and relevant certifications in business intelligence or data analytics Why Join InnoFi?
