Job Description
Pay range: 22-28.25/hr *depending on experience
Responsibilities: Create, track, and resolve mobile device requests in ServiceNow. Ensure accurate documentation of device details (IMEI, serial number, model) and associated phone numbers when possible. Liaise with mobility vendors such as Calero and carriers across multiple countries to manage device provisioning and service plans. Assist internal customers with mobile device onboarding, including porting numbers, ordering new lines, and enabling international services. Provide day-one support and training for device setup and usage. Maintain compliance with corporate mobility policies and standards. Support audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping for mobile assets. Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline mobile provisioning workflows. Assist the Asset Manager with inventory tracking and lifecycle management of IT assets. Support Asset Manager in maintaining accurate asset records in ServiceNow and ensuring timely updates and data integrity. Source and obtain quotes for computers, peripherals, and related hardware from approved vendors. Submit and track purchase requests (PRs) in alignment with procurement policies and timelines. Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional organizational skills Agility, accuracy, and efficiency Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
