About the Role
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced, startup environments and is eager to own multi-channel growth initiatives. You will collaborate with the VP of Marketing to generate pipeline and accelerate top-of-funnel activities, with a passion for organic growth and content-driven demand generation.
What You Will Do
Implement a full-funnel marketing approach, monitoring programs that generate leads and revenue.
Partner with Product Marketing and Sales for go-to-market strategies for new features, products, and initiatives.
Lead campaign activities across channels including web, paid (search, social, display), email, events, webinars, and affiliates.
Develop ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts, working with Sales to identify prospects and create personalized marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations to implement campaign attribution and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Optimize the SalesAi website for better conversion and user experience.
Be responsible for campaign performance, lead metrics, pipeline contributions, and ROI, using insights for optimization.
Identify new marketing tools to enhance our tech stack.
Create new campaigns and improve lead-to-pipeline conversion rates.
Enhance brand recognition and reach across marketing channels.
Team Management
Manage 2–3 internal marketers across product marketing, demand generation, and creative teams.
Oversee contractor relationships to meet growth objectives.
Ensure alignment and accountability across team members and initiatives.
Qualifications
Self-starter with ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced environments.
Must have 4+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing within SaaS or startups.
Deep experience managing paid strategies on Meta and Google, including creative testing.
Strong understanding of SEO, email, and organic social channels for growth.
Experience with multi-touch content strategies supporting pipeline growth.
Proficiency with HubSpot is required.
Bonus: Experience with JIRA and AI tools for marketing efficiency.
