The Proposal Marketing Manager serves as a liaison working with internal and external clients to research, plan, coordinate, manage, and develop content necessary to tell the Sellen story with authenticity, creativity, and integrity. The role supports company-wide marketing and business development efforts, primarily in pursuing new work through the submission of requests for qualifications, proposals, design-build submittals, and interview efforts. The position also develops project or department-specific collateral and assists with special events and outreach activities. The position is located in South Lake Union and is full-time.
Responsibilities
Research, plan, coordinate, manage, and develop content to tell the Sellen story with authenticity, creativity, and integrity.
Support company-wide marketing and business development efforts, primarily in pursuing new work through RFQs, proposals, design-build submittals, and interview efforts.
Develop project or department-specific collateral and assist with special events and outreach activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
5+ years of comparable experience in a marketing or communications role in A/E/C or B2B professional services field.
2+ years’ proposal experience.
Knowledge
Demonstrated experience leading successful project pursuits.
Knowledge of graphic design and layout.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to translate highly technical information into clear, concise written communications and to produce multi-page documents that are thoughtful, organized, and easy to read.

The full salary range for this position is $115,000 to $145,000 . New hires typically start between $115,000 and $130,000 , depending on direct professional experience and qualifications.
