Human Resources Compliance Specialist

to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies. Your expertise will contribute to a positive work environment and uphold our commitment to ethical practices.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the processing of new hires, job changes, terminations, and other HRIS-related transactions. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely updates across HR systems. Completing expense reports for terminated employees and backup for transaction processing. Assisting with the group termination process. Partners with IT/HR Leadership to troubleshoot issues and implement process enhancements. Ensures compliance with all employment laws and regulations real estate license support, internal bi-annual MVR and compliance reporting (CBCE). Manages the escalated background check process review including the pre-adverse and adversary process with legal compliance and review as needed. Reviews HR transactions and policy changes for alignment with compliance requirements. Manages the annual review, revision approval process, and HR company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company practices. Serves as the point of control for company-wide documents, maintaining version control and accessibility. Provides oversight and recommendations for policy consistency across departments. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or relevant experience field required. Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience required. Experience with policies, contracts, and compliance reporting preferred. Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Visio required. Familiarity with HCM systems (Oracle, ADP, and/or Workday) preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective leadership, employee development, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, exercise discretion, and work collaboratively. Detail-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic environment. Physical capability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds.

Compensation The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $71,545.00 to $89,448.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Additional Compensation This position is eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.
