We're seeking a visionary Director of Fundraising Strategy to lead our nonprofit vertical, manage a high-performing team of Marketing Strategists, and shape go-to-market strategies that fuel both client impact and business growth.

What You'll Do

Strategic Vision & Team Leadership

Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a team of Marketing Strategists, enabling them to deliver innovative, result-driven fundraising strategies to nonprofit clients. Guide the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies that expand Streamworks' presence and influence in the nonprofit space. Serve as the strategic lead across client engagements, ensuring all campaign recommendations are data-driven, aligned with client goals, and built for measurable results. Go-to-Market & Brand Strategy

Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with GTM priorities-boosting demand generation, brand awareness, and client retention. Partner with business development to produce impactful content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars. Lead integrated marketing efforts across paid and earned media to elevate Streamworks' thought leadership and reach. Industry Representation & Thought Leadership

Represent Streamworks on conference panels, at speaking engagements, and during professional webinars. Promote our expertise through external communications that establish Streamworks as a leader in direct response fundraising. Cultivate relationships with key influencers, partners, and nonprofit thought leaders. Client Strategy & Relationship Management

Partner with the business development team to support prospecting meetings and strategic growth opportunities. Serve as a senior advisor to major nonprofit clients, providing strategic guidance on fundraising campaigns, creative direction, and performance analysis. Ensure the delivery of high-impact results, superior client service, and enduring partnerships. What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on direct response (mail and digital), annual planning, and multichannel campaign execution. Bachelor's degree in Fundraising, Marketing, or Communications preferred Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in public speaking and client-facing engagements. Expertise in donor behavior, segmentation, conversion, and retention strategies. CFRE certification and active membership in professional fundraising associations are strongly preferred Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive growth and impact. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). and leadership to Streamworks. Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Physical Demands

Total Compensation Range:

$120,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance.

Base Salary Performance-Based Commission

Eligible for commission earnings based on client strategy service contracts secured and managed.
