Salesforce QA/Test Engineer
The Salesforce QA/Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality releases are delivered in a timely manner to internal customers. This role focuses on test automation, test execution, and quality validation for Salesforce applications, working closely with developers, product owners, and business users. The engineer will help build and maintain automated test suites, execute manual testing where necessary, and contribute to the stability and reliability of production releases.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies to ensure compliance with system specifications. Build and maintain automated regression test suites using tools such as Copado, Selenium, or Provar. Configure and support CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated tests are executed consistently. Perform functional, integration, smoke, and regression testing for Salesforce releases. Execute detailed investigations into data quality issues, identify root causes, and support remediation efforts. Work closely with developers to define test specifications and ensure robust coverage for all new features and bug fixes. Verify and validate defect fixes and track results in tools such as Jira. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users to validate functionality. Document test results, logs, and metrics; report defects and track resolution. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Continuously improve testing processes and efficiencies through automation, new tools, and best practices. Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of software QA/testing experience. At least 1 year of experience on a Salesforce implementation project through the full SDLC. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Flosum, or similar. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (e.g., Jira). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively within short development cycles and fast-paced release schedules. Flexibility to provide occasional off-hours support during major releases or outages. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
